LOCATION: MEXICO CITY AND SURROUNDING AREAS

 

 

Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to ensure that adequate resources and capability (people and processes) reside within the business to manage business relationships with nominated Key Accounts (current customers and new prospects) where the business has significant dependency on the accounts from a strategic perspective and ensure growth strategy is executed.

Key Activities

  • Develop and execute Key Account Plans aligned with global strategies

  • Build commercial pipelines and deliver on financial KPIs (regional and global)

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive customer value

  • Collaborate across functions to support innovation and business development

  • Engage with senior leadership at key accounts through regular reviews

  • Ensure contract compliance and high service levels across operations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Business or related field (MBA preferred)

  • 3–5 years in sales or key account management within a B2B environment

  • Experience in paints, coatings, or similar technical industries

  • Strong leadership, project management, commercial acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Ability to pass a qualitative and quantitative respirator fit test (as required)

Level of Autonomy

You’ll have decision-making freedom in planning market actions, leading account reviews, developing scorecards, and crafting commercial strategies.
