Reason for Proposal

  • Engineer development program to build the ranks of technical competency throughout North America and future ISC leaders.

Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities

  • Rapidly develops expertise in the area of rotational assignment.
  • Independently completes progressively challenging project work.
  • Develops skills in data analysis and project management.


Job Context

During this three-year program, participants will have diverse assignments lasting approximately 12 months each with business skills training and team collaboration sessions in between. Candidates may be required to relocate up to three times during their tenure in the program.

Participants are engaged in a range of learning experiences including cross functional assignments, mentoring, assessments, and career planning and networking. These experiences are provided by rotating to various sites and through annual training programs offered only to those who are program participants.  These annual training events include networking opportunities with our executive leadership team and alumni of the program.

Key responsibilities


  • Lead and follow up on an action plan for the improvement of the Apodaca plant's RFT.
  • Use of DIMAIC or similar methodology to implement process improvements.
  • Use of tools to solve problems (8D's, 5 why, s, Quick Kaizen, etc).
  • Validation of causes of equipment failures with maintenance department.
  • Validation with formula problem design.
  • Prepare of preventive plans with maintenance department.
  • Constant monitoring of the process.
  • Implementation of rapid improvements.
  • Communication with production, quality and design leaders.
  • Daily audits to monitor procedures.
  • Effective process controls (outside the operator).

  • Engineering degree (recent graduates).
  • Fluent English
