LOCATION: GARCIA, NUEVO LEÓN
Job Purpose
To support all site facility services for an office of 50 workstations, 2 conference rooms, training room, break room and cafes which serves as the García site and other corporate functions including ISC and NPR. This role will be the first point of contact for all vendors, contractors and visitors to the Nashville HQ office and will administer all safety and site access needs. The facility manager will interface with Site Management and all site teams to provide courteous, timely and professional services to support safety, harmony, maintenance and effective use of all site amenities and promote an effective work environment and positive corporate culture. Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders and adhere to AN principles of safety, integrity and sustainability.
Key Activities
Site Safety and Access
- Oversee reception desk duties including badging all site personnel, maintain visitor log, badging and safety training guests/visitors, manage vendors, monitor freight elevator needs and access.
- Align with building ownership and management for services, schedules/notifications and building amenities
Maintenance
- Be main point of contact with Building Management for all security, HVAC, work orders, cleaning, access and other requests
- Coordination of all construction vendors on punch list and warranty work
- Respond to site maintenance needs, perform regular evaluation and make recommendations to Site Management and Facility leads.
Provide Services
- Answer main switchboard phones
- Handle all mail, packages and deliveries, train teams in use of equipment
- Coordinate desk set up for moves and new hires
- Set up of Training rooms and meetings as needed.
- Stock First Aid stations, schedule AED and CPR training
- Event planning
Ordering and Stocking Supplies
- Order and stock coffee, water, café and other food related (periodic or recommended catering) needs, plant care, copier needs, mail and shipping supplies, and general office supplies, shredding and recycle services.
- Coordinate with all teams on budgets, producing PO’s, submitting invoices for payment and general bidding and vendor management.
Office Governance
- Be an active member of the Site Management team, support HSE requirements, promote site harmony and culture
- Report to CREM all site requests for added services and equipment outside of budget and make recommendations on site improvements
Education
Bachelor degree
- Engineering preferred or experiencie in manufacturing sites
Job Requirements
Ideally 1 year or more experience in a customer service and or site services role, working knowledge of Outlook and Office, good computer skills, understanding of AV equipment, effective communication skills, able to prioritize, customer service oriented.
Experience in training documentation, working with ISO/IATF certifications, knowledge of manufacturing, interest in developing in production areas, intermediate–advanced English.
