Customer Service Representative

 

 

The main objective for this position is to provide an excellent relationship with customers in their service experience, both in order processing and in any support actions for them. Also supports the sales network in their relationship with customers.

 

About the role

 

  • Order management and proactive follow-up, keeping customers informed.
  • Recording service incidents and customer complaints.
  • Management of returns.
  • Management of invoicing.
  • Support to the sales network in their customer service relationship.
  • Maintenance of master data for prices/commercial offers.
  • Management of the process for introducing new customers into the master data system.
  • Comply with the HSE policies and standards established at Akzo Nobel and actively participate in initiatives promoted in this area.
  • Comply with the procedures and work instructions applicable to their area of activity and with the Plant, Safety, Health, and Environmental standards established by the company.

 

About You

 

  • Education: CFGM/CFGS.
  • Experience in customer relations and service positions.
  • Knowledge of IT tools (desirable SAP ERP, MS Office package).
  • Experience in communication and customer service management.
  • Basic spoken and written English.
  • Customer orientation- Customer centric approach to proactively prevent customers’ needs.
