Job Purpose

 The Regional Marketing Manager leads the Marketing and Communications team to develop strategic and tactical plans to support volume and revenue growth in the relevant market segments and geographies. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops a deep understanding of the relevant markets and customer needs through market research, general market data, consulting of sales, analyzing benchmarking results. Translates needs into clear value propositions
  • Leads the Regional Strategic Planning process
  • Formulates Regional marketing plans and tactics in line with overall Business Unit strategies and specific segment plans
  • Develops and supports execution of brand strategies for each market segment and geography
  • Develops pricing architecture and frameworks for the relevant regions and segments
  • Represents the Marketing function in the regional leadership team facilitating information flow between the sales team and the segment managers
  • Maintains close contact with sales organizations to ensure market input is gathered and translated into fitting propositions.
  • Develops communication plans for the specific Region and coordinates with BU and Regional marketing communications teams to ensure regional communication plan is incorporated and aligns with global communications plan. 
  • Focuses on the touch points in the customer journey as well as the customer activity cycle with key metrics, customer needs and pain points to become first choice for customers.
  • Be familiar with all applicable corporate and site policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct, HSE standards and always in compliance with all applicable regulations

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business or other discipline plus relevant work experience.  Master's degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in a B2B commercial environment (Sales or Marketing)
  • Experience analyzing market data and developing successful strategic plans for volume and revenue growth
  • People management experience with a demonstrated track record of developing and promoting talent
  • Experience working for a multi-national company or in an international or diverse setting is a plus
  • Solid understanding of business metrics, profit/loss statements, return on investment, etc.

Compensation Data

The salary range for these skills is: $128,000.00 - $150,000.00.  This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future. 

Eligible for an annual 17.5% bonus
