Job Purpose

Accurately mix color samples required for the formula development process and larger samples for customers, application testing, and additional department usage.  Will maintain paint stock for color lab.

Key Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with Color Developers on issues that occur during Mixing and Application. 
  • Prepares and applies sample following product guidelines.
  • Maintains and calibrates Mixing and Application equipment.
  • Follows safety protocols, ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of department knowledge and efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years' paint application experience preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Fully comply with all safety, health and environmental guidelines according to site and company standards.  Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment to include a respirator.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Total Compensation

This position will be paid at an hourly rate with eligibility for overtime.  This position is also eligible for an annual bonus and employee benefits that are effective the first day of employment.
