Key Accountabilities
• To Generate Profit & prepare sales plan:
- Visit customers and pursue customer’s requirement and needs.
- Providing timely customer call report.
- Making quotation for Drydock, Sea stock and newbuilding.
- Providing customer’s data including;
– Organisation chart
– Decision making process
– Ship’s profiles
– Key competitors
– A/F Strategy
– S/S purchase strategy
– NB projects
– Group companies related
– Making general approaching plan for individual account.
• Sea stock Quotation
– Coordinating with supply associates for stock delivery
– Providing proposal and finalize quotation
– Recording and analysing sea stock data
• Any other tasks / assignments instructed by manager
Experience
- Making sales strategy to meet market requirement.
- Products knowledge to our line up and explain basic chemical reaction.
- Basic English communication with our affiliates and foreign customers.
- Basic knowledge of finance/account.
- Arranging foreign business trip to visit customers/shipyard etc. outside of Japan.
- Ability of education to Junior sales in terms of sales activity, business knowledge etc.
