Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities 

 

  • Zero TRR
  • Assist production manager be responsible and accountable to deliver the shift / day / week / month volume with AN standards and local authority requirements to ensure no complaints from local citizens.
  • Assist production manager to do training work,ensure all staff pass HSE&S trainings and 100% in compliance with LSR.
  • Supervise staff operation in compliance with AN standards and ensure product pass percentage reaches ISO9001.
  • Provide trainings to improve professional skills and operations of the staff to ensure 80% or more on target in P&DD.
  • Work closely with Production manager for better organization and management of the production, annual output reaching 98% as per schedule.
  • 100% completion of budget items.

 

Functional Responsibilities/Network

  • Responsible for the management of all plant’s Production.
  • Assist production manager to do safety inspection of all plants and all sections.
  • Coordinate with maintenance/contractors all contractor activities for routine or breakdown maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with Site’s Preventive Maintenance (PM) program.
  • Coordinate with annual shutdown maintenance.
  • Approve and control monthly purchase plan of all production plants.
  • Coordinate with plant modification projects as assigned.
  • Be involved, as designated by the Site Manager, in a participative or leading role in site HSE&S efforts. This may include( not limited to) involvement in BBS, SAQ, safety committee, incident investigation, safety inspections, internal/local audits, risk assessment, hazard studies, contractor management and others as deemed necessary by the site management for the continual improvement of site HSE&S performance.

 

HSE&S Competencies

  • Familiar with national safety laws, regulations, rules and policies.
  • Familiar with company HSE procedures and policies.
  • Organize and implement safety regulations, procedures and actions.
  • Emergency response.
  • Analyze hazardous on site.
  • Participate in regular safety production meetings, communicate company HSE regulations and other HSE issues.
  • Conduct department safety training, including PPE management.
  • Participate in company safety inspection, supervise improvement of safety hazardous.
  • Audit special work permit.
  • Prepare emergency response plan for import hazardous resource on site and implement drills
  • Stop violations immediately.
  • Analyse accident, department accident investigation for accidents that are not LTI.
  • Be the model in terms of HSE compliance. 

 

Job Context

 

  • Number of direct employees: 7 ( Production Operator)
  • Powder Production process is complicated. The product is difficult to handle. Resulting in high level of operator interference with process and hence high demands on occupational safety standards.

 

Requirements for Job (education or experience required to be able to perform this job)

 

  • Ten years or more experience in powder coating operation and management is preferred.
