Technical Service Representative

Job Purpose

Key Accountabilities

• As a team member of company’s technical service team work mainly for protective coating application project in Northwest. Make sure that the coating could be applied correctly under the members guideline
• Be familiar with latest GB,NACE, ISO, ASTM and SSPC standard which relating to coating application, and could be carry out site coating application inspection in accordance with the standards, also could prepare related report to record coating application process and offer reasonable advice when necessary.
• Keep good communication with client, contractor and subcontractor during onsite technical service.

Experience

• Related work experience on coating application was preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork ability
• Ability to work with diverse teams and functions
• Computer literacy : word /excel/ ppt
• Project site working conditions, with quite long time local or remote travels.
• Instruct the applicators to apply the coatings according to correct application methods
• Junior college graduate or above
•  NACE Level I and above certificate was preferred
• Can efficiently work with MS-Office and Internet software.
• Ability to report in English and communicate with foreign customers with English is preferred.
• With driven licences
• Provide coating related technical training to customers according to company’s requirement and the actual site circumstance of the customer and project sites.
• Work safely in the sites, comply with company HSE policies and related site HSE regulations of customers.
