Missão do Cargo:

Assessorar no desenvolvimento de produtos, preparando amostras, efetuando aplicações, executando testes e avaliando resultados, sob a coordenação do supervisor.

Responsabilidades:

  • Executar fórmulas, aplicações e testes conforme métodos e especificações estabelecidas, avaliando os resultados.

  • Acompanhar produção de lotes piloto ou críticos, registrando dados e discutindo ajustes com o químico ou coordenação.

  • Registrar e encaminhar resultados para avaliação técnica.

  • Sugerir melhorias de processo ao químico responsável.

  • Contribuir com ideias em projetos de melhoria contínua.

  • Apoiar na elaboração de FMEAs, quando necessário.

  • Participar de reuniões interdepartamentais sobre projetos.

  • Zelar por materiais, EPIs, equipamentos e limpeza do local de trabalho.

  • Cumprir normas de Qualidade, Segurança, Saúde, Meio Ambiente e o Código de Conduta da empresa

Requisitos Necessários:

 

- Técnico Químico completo ou Bacharel em Química, Químico Industrial ou Engenharia Química, 

- Necessário CRQ Ativo

- Experiência na área;

- Inglês Básico (desejável Intermediário);

- Conhecimentos em informática – aplicativos MS Office (Word, Excel) e ferramentas Internet;

- Desejável conhecimento da metodologia DMAIC (Define, Measure Analyze, Improve, Control);

- Conhecimentos dos conceitos de Qualidade;

- Conhecimento de matérias primas para formulação de tintas e/ou resinas quando aplicável;

- Senso de proporção/cálculos aritméticos.
