Job Purpose

Maintain and check SuccessFactors data & prepare legal documents for workforce process and ensure high performance on data quality and deliver time to reach Global SLA.

Make sure workforce process go smoothly, update SOP and agreement templates timely to ensure they are aligned with global process governance & country legal requirement.

Escalate/refer cases to Center of Expertise as appropriate and communicate effectively with managers, employees and HR.

Key Accountabilities

Handle workforce process to maintain and check SuccessFactors data & prepare legal documents for on boarding, transfer with promotion/demotion/lateral move, out of cycle pay change, contract extension, relocation, international assignment, cross country transfer, involuntary separation, retirement and voluntary separation, employee personal data change and position management, make sure process goes smoothly & efficiently, and ensure high performance on data quality and delivery time reach to Global SLA. 

Handle cases in ServiceNow and ensure delivery times meet Global SLA requirement.

Communicate effectively with internal People Services team, HR operations team, Global MDS team, People Services teams in other countries, managers and employees on process and system operations.

Executes more complex HR assigned tasks and activities with high efficiency and quality following the company and business rules, regulations, policies and/or instructions.

Perform and adhere to quality control throughout the workforce process, and ensure it is aligned with Global and China standard operation process.


Human Resource Management Major and related, with bachelor’s degree or above.

More than 1-year relevant HR working experience.

Familiar with national & local labor related laws, as well as company HR policies.

In-depth knowledge of all working and system processes within the HR services organization, including employees master data system and others. Prefer the SuccessFactors.

HR generalist know-how, strong process management skills and good follow-up skill.

Strong data sense and attention to details, good analytical and problem-solving skill.

Pursuit for operational excellence, mature communication, and interpersonal skills.

Fluently verbal English and good business English writing. Standard mandarin degree is preferred.
