Warehouse Team Operator, Suzhou MFG

Job Purpose

Responsible for the liaison with external and internal WH&Transport units

Continuously strengthen product storage management and distribution management

Responsible for the tracking and implementation of the released goods, timely feedback, solve all kinds of problems in the process of tracking and implementation

Input data in SAP and logistics information system

Key Accountabilities

-All logistic paper work preparation and filing

-Import and export, customs declaration paper work preparation and filing

-Transportation arrangement, ensure on time delivery to customer

-Shipment tracking

-Logistics cost settlement and management by Monthly

-Keep contact with forwarder and agency to ensure all the shipments smoothly

-Keep contact with cos and ISC internal team

Experience

-College degree or above;

-Proficient in office software;

- Able to communicate, read, write and speak in English;

-ERP knowledge, such as BAAN, SAP, etc.

-Able to work under pressure;
