Process Manager P2I

Job Purpose

Global Process Champion is responsible for the process design (level 1-4) including IM alignment for systems, standard operating procedures, training, and closure of deviations to standards. 

Useful metrics:

• 6 main ERPs
• 1 Purchasing suite
• 1 central finance (CFIN) for payment
• 1 Vendor Invoice Management solution
• 400k Purchase Orders
• 3mil supplier invoices (3rd party and intercompany)

Key Accountabilities

• Develop standard operating procedures in the P2P area
• Contact training in the P2P area
• Run fit-gap analysis and maintain deviation logs
• Deliver the level of process standardization in P2P
• Contribute on delivering policies in the area of P2P
• Participate in system changes and secure that process design is delivering as planned
• Drive agreed transitions

Experience

• Degree/Bachelor in Economics/ Business Administration/Accounting
• 8+ years and 2+ in P2P process operations and/or process design, Shared Services
• Specialized knowledge of P2P financial discipline, strategy and policies
• Excellent understanding of P2P process design, ERP systems and controls, including transactional accounting processes
• Knowledge of P2P process design methodologies
• P2P Process redesign/modelling experience
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Able to think and work conceptually, while taking into account the details and impact of the processes on Operations
• Able to work together with other Functions/Towers; has a good understanding of interfaces between own function and others in the end to end processes
• Proficient in English language
• Ability to prioritize and sensitive to deadlines
• Sensitive to a diverse and multi-cultural environment
