Short Description
Key Objective:
AkzoNobel has started its journey to mature its Master Data Management (MDM) Services, and for this, setting up Global MDM capabilities is essential. The MDM Operations Steward/Analyst will execute master data maintenance processes within SLAs, including its controls and monitor master data quality definitions and rules.
Job Responsibilities:
-Review and activate a master data change request via MDM tooling
-Manage issue fixing with business key users and IM support
-Run master data KPIs to monitor compliance to standards and report on deviation to data domain experts and business owners.
Experience
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
-Experience in implementation of MDM in a Shared Services environment preferred
-Core Knowledge of Customer Master data
-Knowledge about O2C Cycle/customer pricing
-Experience in SAP, familiar with ECC, MDG, FIORI or S/4 HANA is plus
-Proficient in English
-result driven, good communication sills
