Key Accountabilities

maintain and check SuccessFactors data & prepare legal documents for hiring, transfer with promotion/demotion/lateral move, out of cycle pay change, contract extension, relocation, international assignment, involuntary separation, retirement and voluntary separation, employee personal data change to ensure data quality and delivery time reach to Global SLA.
In-depth knowledge of all working and system processes within the HR services organization. Review employee life cycle process, update SOP and agreement templates timely to ensure they are aligned with global process governance & country legal requirement.
Lead or participate HR & CI projects and execute assigned project activities.
Communicate effectively with Business HR, manager and employees on process and system operations.
Executes more complex HR assigned tasks and activities with high efficiency and quality following the company and business rules, regulations and policies.
Contribute to the transfer and retention of knowledge and information within and outside HR Services.


Management Major and related, with bachelor degree or above.
More than 1-year relevant HR working experience
Fluently verbal English and good business English writing. Standard mandarin degree is preferred.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and HR related technology, including employees master data system like SuccessFactors or other systems.
Familiar with national & local labor related laws, as well as company HR policies;
High honest, accountable and team player.
Strong data sense and attention to details, good analytical and solving problem skill;
Pursuit for operational excellence, mature communication and interpersonal skills;
HR generalist know-how, strong process management skills and good follow-up skill;
