ELC Specialist

Job Purpose

  • Handle onboarding process including communication with candidates & team internally, ensure the onboarding process goes smoothly & efficiently.
  • Maintain master data in SuccessFactors and improve the data quality
  • Handle other assigned employee life cycle process to ensure all process and documents are compliance and aligned
  • Make sure data accuracy and delivery time reach to Global SLA requirement.
  • Continue to make improvements on People Service projects.
  • Define and review L5 & L6 process and ensure SOP updated timely to fit the system utilization.

Key Accountabilities

  • Handle onboarding process including communication with candidates to collect documents & pass to ELC team for hiring, ensure the onboarding process goes smoothly & efficiently.
  • Maintain master data in SuccessFactors, like hiring, job & compensation changes, termination, support position data management & cross check etc.
  • Handle other assigned employee life cycle process to ensure all process and documents are compliance and aligned
  • Handle cases in ServiceNow and ensure delivery times meet Global SLA requirement.
  • Executes more complex HR assigned tasks and activities with high efficiency and quality following the company and business rules, regulations, policies and/or instructions.
  • Identify returning questions and/or opportunities for improvement on work processes, techniques and systems and implements continuous improvements of provided service through analytical KPI-based approach.
  • Escalate/refer cases to Center of Expertise as appropriate and communicate effectively with managers, employees and HR.
  • Support to review and update L5 & L6 process and ensure SOP updated timely to fit the system utilization.
  • Contribute to the transfer and retention of knowledge and information within and outside HR Services and keep HRS knowledge management system up-to-date.
  • Participate in various HR projects and execute assigned project activities.

Experience

  • Management Major and related, with bachelor degree or above.
  • More than 1 year relevant HR working experience
  • Fluently verbal English and good business English writing. Standard mandarin degree is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of all working and system processes within the HR services organization, including employees master data system and others. Prefer the SuccessFactors.
  • Familiar with national & local labor related laws, as well as company HR policies;
  • HR generalist know-how, strong process management skills and good follow-up skill;
  • Strong data sense and attention to details, good analytical and problem solving skill;
  • Pursuit for operational excellence, mature communication and interpersonal skills;
