Key Accountabilities
- Manage and review requirement plans for purchased finished goods.
- Manage and review distribution requirement plans for all finished goods in the main AU warehouses.
- Review MRP outputs to ensure MOQs and inventory targets are adhered to
- Manage MRP exception messages on a weekly basis.
- Follow up continuously on open orders, expedite within the lead-times, maintain in ERP system, ensure correct expected delivery dates.
- Maintain Inventory Planning parameters for products in ERP system (eg ECC, MDG).
- Liaise with Demand, Customer Service and Warehouse Managers at site level to ensure product availability without unnecessary inventory coverage at a site level.
- Accountable for KPI of warehouses managed – Inventory, SLOB, OTIF, Out of Stock; initiate actions/ escalate when necessary.
- Provide reports and requested information to management as needed.
- Participate in CI / ALPS projects
- Support & comply with all the applicable corporate as well as site policies/procedures regarding personal conduct, HSE and Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) standards.
- Review and decide MPC stock replenishments to TC’s from supplying Hub according to the schedule in the region. Communicate with LE/Commercial teams on the ground who provide critical day to day and short term requirements information. SPOC for stock requirements to Commercial team (6 sites).
- Review and decide PC stock replenishments to Distributors from supplying Hub according to the schedule in the region. Communicate with CS/Commercial teams on the ground who provide critical day to day and short term requirements information. SPOC for stock requirements to Commercial team.(6 sites)
- Participate in MPC stock reviews / Demand meetings at TC & Hub level.
- Coordinate AU East Coast weekly Yacht replenishments ex-MEL in accordance with schedule. SPOC for stock requirements to Commercial team. (3sites)
- All other duties assigned.
Experience
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline with min 5 years’ experience in Supply chain & inventory management
- Excellent knowledge in MRP & Excel with strong background in Distribution and/or Purchasing
- Knowledgeable in SAP
- Have good problem-solving skills
- A strong team player with good interpersonal skills, able to work cross functionally.
- Have strong levels of resilience, able to work under pressure with little supervision, results driven and quality oriented.
