Sales Support Specialist Yacht APAC

Job Purpose

The Sales Support Specialist( role is responsible for supporting the APAC Yacht Sales Managers and the Sales Team with day to day operational assistance in managing customer requirements, Akzo Nobel process initiatives and requirements, marketing materials, SAP management, training and escalations, MDG processes, pricing and general administration duties.

Location: Coomera, Queensland

Key Accountabilities

  • Adhering to all applicable corporate as well as site policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct/HS&E standards and acting in compliance with all regulations
  • Being the key regional SAP contact for all SAP related queries including but not limited to, access, reporting, training, and configuration
  • Assisting with the organisation and implementation of regional sales meetings, monthly demand reviews, staff and customer technical training, customer events and other sales and marketing activities as required
  • Proactively supporting the Supply Chain, Demand, Customer Service, Product Management, Marketing, Accounts, IT and Sales in continuous process improvement
  • Support the sales teams in CRM sales pipeline management, input and reporting to achieve the required outputs
  • Providing accurate sales analysis and sales statistics to the sales organization. Analysing sales statistics and reporting on trends. Generating sales reports and analysis from SAP
  • Assisting the Sales Managers and Sales Team with designing and producing presentations such as business overviews, customer proposals and reporting templates
  • Maintaining and updating customer price lists in SAP including updating physical price lists for customers
