Production Operator/Process Technician

Ideal for Automotive Engineers

Stowmarket, Suffolk

We’re looking for a hands‑on Process Technician to operate and optimise our production filling lines. If you enjoy fault‑finding, improving processes, and working with industrial machinery, this role is a great fit—especially for engineers ready for something new.

What You’ll Do

• Operate, monitor and troubleshoot production & filling line equipment
• Spot issues early and keep production running smoothly
• Perform quality, stock and tank checks
• Support continuous improvement (Lean, 5S, waste reduction)
• Work with engineering teams on deeper fault‑finding and safe operation

What You’ll Need

• Level 3 apprenticeship or equivalent
• Experience with machinery in automotive, manufacturing or process industries
• Strong safety awareness
• CompEx (or willingness to gain it)
