Production Operator/Process Technician
Ideal for Automotive Engineers
Stowmarket, Suffolk

We’re looking for a hands‑on Process Technician to operate and optimise our production filling lines. If you enjoy fault‑finding, improving processes, and working with industrial machinery, this role is a great fit—especially for engineers ready for something new.
What You’ll Do
- Operate, monitor and troubleshoot production & filling line equipment
- Spot issues early and keep production running smoothly
- Perform quality, stock and tank checks
- Support continuous improvement (Lean, 5S, waste reduction)
- Work with engineering teams on deeper fault‑finding and safe operation
What You’ll Need
- Level 3 apprenticeship or equivalent
- Experience with machinery in automotive, manufacturing or process industries
- Strong safety awareness
- CompEx (or willingness to gain it)
