Sales Order Coordinator
Location: Slough
Part time 21 hours per week to be worked over 5 days from 08:30 – 17:00
We’re looking for a Sales Order Coordinator to play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience by managing orders, supporting customers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our customer service and supply process, helping to keep everything running efficiently.

What you’ll do:
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a high level of service at all times.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, handling queries and providing timely updates.
• Monitor order progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
• Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Support customers with product availability, delivery schedules, and order queries.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service standards.
What you bring:
• Experience in a customer service, order processing, or administrative role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confidence working with systems (SAP experience is desirable).
• A proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
