This role sits within our Dulux (Sales & Marketing) division where the teams you support market, sell and promote our award winning products; including Dulux, Hammerite, Dulux Trade, Polycell and Cuprinol.  


As HR Manager you will be responsible for operational HR delivery to our People Managers ensuring processes and procedures are understood and compliant. You will draw upon your HR experience to support the leadership teams in each function, helping them achieve their objectives. Becoming a trusted advisor, you will lead initiatives to develop team capability and performance as well as deliver the people agenda to support current and future business needs. Communication skills are really important, allowing you to effectively build strong working relationships. A key part of your role will be achieved through your ability to prioritise and balance our challenging People Plan alongside that of your teams needs and ambitions. This is a important role and your success will increase employee engagement, improve leadership effectiveness and increase productivity.


To support you in your role you will work closely with a HR Advisor, who manages day to day employee rations matters, and be part of a direct team of 7 and a wider UK team of 20. 


To be successful it is important that you have a customer focused mindset, a positive approach and the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. The teams you will support are established and stable so this role will suit someone who enjoys executing and delivering to a plan.
