Job Purpose 
You will help the company deliver a high quality customer experience by providing superior levels of support to clients contacting our Technical Advice Centre by phone, in writing (letters & emails) and on 
social media platforms. This could include providing product advice, resolving customer issues and much more.

 

Job Responsibilities 
•    Provide our customers with expert technical advice on all AkzoNobel decorative brands & products.
•    Handle & resolve customer complaints & turn them into opportunities.
•    Agree & negotiate settlements that are satisfactory to the customer & appropriate to the business.
•    Publicise websites to customers to increase web usage.
•    Follow Company processes & procedures & meet KPI’s.
•    Update & maintain records.
•    Promote our products & services to maximise sales.

 

Job Requirements 
•    GCSE’s in Math’s & English or equivalent - Grade C or above / Equivalent NVQ.
•    Experience in a customer service telephone based environment. 
•    Knowledge of IT applications – Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel)
•    Excellent administration experience.
•    Strong communication, organisational & interpersonal skills.
