Brand Manager Communications

We are looking for an interim Brand Manager to join the Consumer Communications Team and manage a designated area of the brands comms.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager Communications, your role will be to manage and deliver the day- to day communications activity through our media and creative agencies and injunction with internal colleagues to deliver audience first, brand building activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Brand Strategy: Create and implement annual brand communication plans.
• Content Management: Oversee content creation for social media, websites, and other marketing materials.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and execute campaigns to drive brand reach and engagement.
• Media Relations: Build relationships with media and PR agencies to inform media plans and influencer campaigns
• Analyse Performance: Monitor and optimize communication strategies in line with KPIs and benchmarks
• Stakeholder management: Manage plan approvals with local and EMEA stakeholders and through Creative Review.
• Budget Management: Handle project budgets, including forecasting.
What We're Looking For:
• Marketing Communication Experience: Experience in digital campaigns or a creative/media agency background is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English skills - either as native or secondary language
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop effective communication plans.
• Creativity: Innovative content creation skills.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and stakeholder management.

This is a full time role, 3 days per week in the Slough office presence required. Office days are Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays. Travel to agency offices in London expected.
