Job Purpose
To provide end to end support to the Site Logistics Manager for all Logistics (warehousing, transport and cost control) functions at the site level. Direct contribution in meeting or exceeding all KPI, budget and HSE targets. To also act as a back up to the Site Logistics Manager when they are away.

Job Responsibilties
- Systems Processing: Transactional Documents and Transportation Scheduling
- Confirm inbound replenishment receipts.
- Document creation and processing of customer outbound orders.
- Ensure successful system communication of transportation scheduling to the 4PL partner.
- Processing of supporting documents (SDS, COA, COC’s) required by specific customers.
- Customer Service & Sales Relationship Management
- Appropriate communication with COS and Sales team.
- Solutions-based communication of missed pickups, claims, service issues relating to CLX
- Inventory Management
- Enter in daily cycle count results and consolidation movements in SAP
- Reports all inbound inventory discrepancies to the Shipping Facility
- Coordination of Internal Resources
- Working with all pertinent resources to ensure fulfillment of orders
- Working with all available resources to problem-solve
- Working with ALPS escalations & problem solving
- Cost Controls
- Working with the Operations Manager and Site Manager on cost-saving implications and projects for the site and enforcing these cost-saving initiatives at site.

- Active in all forms of HSE reporting

Level of Autonomy
The Site Logistics Team Lead is empowered to suggest improvements or communicate concerns in the ALPS Tier I daily meetings. Escalation of problems or concerns outside of their control, expertise or authority should be brought to the attention of the Site Logistics Manager.
When the Site Logistics Manager is away, the Logistic Team Lead will make decisions regarding order que priorities and assign tasks to the Site Operators accordingly.
Job Requirements
- 2 years of related warehouse or logistics experience specific to MPY processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent i.e GED
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize workflow to meet specific timelines
- Physically able to assist with warehouse tasks if required (pick order, tint product, operate lift).
- Positive Attitude, Strong Work Ethic, Proficient Problem Solving Skills, Passion for Excellence
