Key Accountabilities

1.Lead NPI Management within ISC scope to deliver Service to Market (OTIF)
• Working closely with Commercial team especially Marketing and RD&I to identify the pipelined products and markets launching plan and prepare the most reliable, efficient supply plan, and speed to market, referring to IBP Stage Gate processes
• Working with Manufacturing and other Supply Chain team on the packaging assessment/impact of new products design
• The role is recognized as the ISC primary representative in the IBP PMR & Supply Chain approver for part or entire of Stage Gate processes


2. Supply Network Optimization ; New products sourcing (NPI) and on-going products sourcing
• Working closely with Manufacturing team (on capability and capacity) to identify and optimize the existing supply network and assets including both Paints and Coatings cross countries’ facilities in the region, also including the tolled products
• Working closely with Supply Chain Managers and Logistic Cluster on process improvements to drive end to end cost effective and service performance excellence, considering Quality, HSE&S and sustainability elements
• Lead the Sourcing Board
• Set Up Product costing/structure to support sourcing decision in the Sourcing Board, working with ISC Controller
• Network modelling to support sourcing decisions and complexity impact analysis


3. Project Management
• Develop, implement, and manage the critical aspects of the project such as scope, cost, time & resources management, communication and risk management through the initiating, planning and executing phases of the project
• Identify requirement for project team to execute projects (commercial related projects) raised in the region, also providing project management expertise support
• Assemble or acquire the required project resources to complete project deliverables
• If needed, negotiate with other departments to meet the resources  demand
• Develop a comprehensive project plan and how the project will be executed
• Identify key milestone and manage the project schedule to achieve said milestone
• Identify and actively manage cross functional stakeholders associated with or impacted by the project (Marketing, RD&I, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing), which includes frequently planned communication using multiple channels
• Develop and manage a detailed change management plan to quickly attain and sustain the expected organizational change
• Identify, collect, and develop mitigation plans for the project risks and issues
• Implement the project solution and fully realize and report on the expected business benefit


• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in different functions of the Integrated Supply Chain particularly in Supply Planning.
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal communication skills), strong interpersonal & influencing skills, and ability to present key information to executive management
• Working experience with various countries (within the region) and multi-cultural team would be a plus
• Knowledgeable on IBP (Integrated Business Plan) processes
• Knowledge on paints manufacturing process will be a plus
• Must be a self-starter, highly organized with good project management skills
• Ability to multi-task (running multiple projects) effectively with cross functional teams and meet deadlines
• Demonstrate ability to drive and deliver strategic business plans and initiatives with broad business orientation
• Proficient knowledge of project management practices, finance (product costing) and budgeting


University degree in Supply Chain/other relevant fields
