Key Accountabilities

Liaise with management to develop regional sales in order to achieve the goal of continuous growth.
和区域主管一起努力工作发展区域已达到持续增长的目的
Explores and develops the market, following the sales plan and focus primarily on established key prospects, in order to expand the customer base
根据销售计划并致力于已建立的发展前景,进行市场研究与开发,以拓展客户基础
Assess market conditions and trends, and organize marketing activities in order to ensure company’s expansion and profitability within planned expense      limits
评估市场形势,在计划的费用范围内,组织市场开发活动以确保公司业务的拓展
Based on the training course of Akzo, assist customers to solve issues in order to raise the customers’ satisfaction.
根据公司培训,协助客户解决问题以提高客户对我公司的满意度
Under the sales target, well understanding customers’ orders in order to make sure on time delivery and account receivable rate.
在销售目标下,掌握好客户订单,以确保准时交货和货款回收
Perform such other duties as may from time to time be assigned by sales supervisor to assist him for achieving company goals on growth, sales, margins and      other indicators.
完成销售主管临时安排的各项工作,积极协助销售主管参与实现公司成长目标等各项工作。

Experience

  Colleague graduated. 
  专科以上毕业学历
  At least 3 years of sales experience in the bigger manufacturing organization      
  在较大的制造型企业工作,具备至少3年的销售经验.
  Proficient in computer office operation. 
  熟练使用电脑办公软件
  Strong organize coordinate and communication skills, interpersonal skills
  具备较强的组织协调、沟通交流和人际关系处理技巧。
  Strong contradiction-problem-solving skills to customer.
  具备较强的解决客戶矛盾争议问题的能力。
