Key Activities

Design KA business plan aligned to company business strategy by understanding customer.

Be responsible for National Valves business and sales tracking.

Implement national Valves business development plan

Initiative and run effective activities to drive the marketing share in Valves business.

Build strong Valves business capability within customer.

Strictly control the sales cost to secure the profit from Valves business

Quick decision on product selection & alternative product for Valves business

      Follow up and negotiation with key accounts to drive cooperation.

Experience

University degree or above in civil engineering, chemical engineering, macromolecule material or relevant preferable.

6+ years’ experience in Sales and Marketing, and 3+ years’ experiences in Valves business

Leadership ability on sales team management.

Strong interpersonal skill and communication skill, especially in cross function

Strong negotiation skill

Good training & coaching Skill to develop internal & external capability

Strategic thinking with good analytical skills

Strong problem solving and decision making ability

Result driven
