Key Accountabilities
1. 与区域销售经理确认,完成指定区域/渠道的销售指标(净销售额、品类结构、平均售价),达成公司市场份额及利润相关战略目标。
2. 在指定区域/渠道内,搭建稳固的客户基础及经销商网络,同时管理客户全销售周期、开发新客户与业务机会。
3. 向客户推介产品、讲解价值,匹配客户需求,处理咨询投诉,提供配套服务与培训。
4. 管控并减少逾期账款,规避财务风险;协同各职能部门紧密配合,共同达成优良经营业绩。
Experience
任职要求:
大专及以上。
3年及以上零售渠道管理相关工作经验。
具备良好的人际交往能力与沟通能力。
拥有较强的分析能力与执行能力。
商业敏感度高,具备创新热情。
普通话流利,具备可应用的书面英语能力,有口语能力者优先。
工作积极性高,以结果为导向。
愿意出差。
