Job Purpose

  1. Establish & maintain customer relationship with existing PC key customers. Implement marketing strategy and sales plan to achieve agreed annual sales targets. 50%
  2. Identify potential business opportunities, develop new prospect accounts to increase our market share.20%
  3. Provide Demand function customer forecast on monthly basis, identify customer needs, coordinate with related functions (technical/ customer services/supply chain/EHS) to ensure the customer’s needs and requirement are treated timely and adequately.10%
  4. Collect customer payment timely, Keep Overdue% under control in accordance with Finance requirement. 10%
  5. Manage customer complaints. 10%


Key Accountabilities

  1. Sales Development, develop sales plans, secure and expedite orders with existing and new accounts.
  2. Conclude business contracts; maintain business growth. Strategic Tasks and Implementation
  3. Identify new accounts and develop new account profiles.
    Implement the sales and marketing directions per agreed directions
  4. Product/Industry/Business Development
    · Scout for new business opportunities in the respective key accounts and develop a business plan.
    · Suggest product developments and requirements to Senior Managers and support its implementation.
  5. Key account management on Oil & Gas Downstream, Infrastructure and Wind power segments.


  1. Education: Bachelor degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science or equivalent.
  2.  Working Experience: 5 to 8 years sales leading working experience preferably with Industrial Coatings and/or related industry.
  3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Coatings and/or related sector, technical know-how and applications. Business development experiences would be highly desirable. Have hands-on experience with coatings application processing etc. would be highly advantageous.
