Job Purpose

Provide input to global sourcing strategies with local business insights and support the deployment of global sourcing strategies, tools and processes in the region. Be the business partner for the businesses, supply chain and manufacturing in the region. Be business partner for R&D and coordinate VE/IPM implementation by businesses. Be procurement partner for regional IBP processes. Responsible for local spend source to contract end to end management. Leads and develops a team of buyers.4

Key Activities

•    Provide inputs to global sourcing strategies and responsible for deployment of the sourcing strategies and global tools and processes in the region;
•    Represents Procurement in the IBP cycle, as a permanent member, and be the business partner to the businesses, RD&I, ISC supply chain and manufacturing.
•    Represents Procurement to coordinate and implement VE/IPM Projects with RD&I teams.
•    Drives supplier collaboration and productivity program in the region and manage supplier QDCIS performance locally.
•    Leads and develop a team of (Senior) Buyers.


Professional Experience Required
•    BA required (Master preferred)
•    Min 6-8 years experience in Procurement and Supplier Management
•    Supply Chain Management experience would be beneficial 
•    Prior working in multinational experience is a plus
•    Working knowledge of procurement tools and systems

Technical Experience Required
•    Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills (multiple complex analyses simultaneously)
•    Good planning/project management skills
•    Local language and good command of English
•    Strong negotiating skills
