Key Accountabilities

1.Is responsible for sourcing strategy executions in specific plant;
2. Contributes to global sourcing strategies with local requirements;
3. Is key-interface with local stakeholder; Supply Chain, Manufacturing, RD&I, local Business team in that specific plant;
4. Acts as the first firefighter to handle local supplier issues, and escalate to procurement manager if cannot handle locally;
5. Support the procurement manager on any projects related to that business/plant;
6. Support the local change management which regards to QDCIS projects, supports and drives Value Engineering savings projects in specific plant;
7. Lead business or plant related saving initiatives if assigned;
8. Handling all procurement daily activities in the plant independently.

Experience

1. BA required;
2. Multi-year proven experiences in Procurement/Sourcing and Supplier Management;
3. Proven experiences in cross function cooperation for project or tasks;
4. In depth understanding of procurement process;
5. Experiences of onsite support in manufacturing enterprises; 
6. Good problem-solving and analytical skills;
7. Familiar with SAP MM module;
8. Good at communication; interpersonal skills.
