Job Purpose

Responsible for all activities related to the implementing market strategy of HPC

Identify relevant needs and insights for HPC channels to support business growth and achieve set-targets in China

Monitor product portfolio competitiveness/profitability and provide optimization and market positioning suggestion

Coordinate supply chain, technical and sales team to ensure smooth and economic supply

Propose marketing activity plan in terms of updated marketing strategy and business development needs and work out marketing promotion plan together with sales team

Key Accountabilities

Develop and monitor the implementation of sales and marketing strategies, promotion events, resources necessary to achieve the agreed sales goals, by utilizing the outputs of analyses on market intelligence and current and future competitiveness in products/product applications/pricing/services

Prepare presentations to explain and introduce the company’s current and future strategies.

Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry trends, technical development, market activities and industry intelligence of mega trend and key industries.

Collect customer data/ information/ feedback/ expectations prepare for presentation/ seminars/ workshops

Proactively seek for business needs and customer voices and translate into marketing strategies/plans

Compose annual marketing plan/agenda for the assigned channel/markets in cooperation with the sales teams

Translate the marketing guidelines to the HPC channel

Take lead to collect and share best practices

Responsible for standardize and execution of marketing processes and tool-kits

Ensure global/region marketing strategies implementation and quality execution in HPC channel/markets
