Job Purpose

  • Monitor chemical regulatory development, assess impact on business, provide support for business compliance and growth.
  • Work closely with cross functions, support business needs from internal and external customers.
  • Work with global functional team to ensure high quality of safety documents (SDS/Label) to support manufacturing sites, import / export business activities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Monitor regulatory development and trend in the region China/Taiwan, assess potential impact on business, ensure business compliance and growth.
  • Respond to internal customers and resolve raw material and/or product issues accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Manage raw materials and products import / export within the region, do substance volume tracking and substance registration where applicable and required.
  • Raw material (SDS/TDS/Regulatory documents) management, keep documents up to date.
  • Provide guidance to assure compliance for raw materials and products.
  • Provide support to business on product SDS, Label, transportation.
  • Communicate closely with regional, global team and business cross functions to ensure all products, raw materials and related procedures are verified to Company Policies.
  • Understanding customer needs and relevant regulatory topics affecting the business. Translate complex regulatory requirements to practical implications for the business.
  • Support sites audit relevant to Product Stewardship and provide product safety trainings to various business functions.
  • Participate in external association meetings for advocacy and lobbying.

Experience

  • Bachelor degreeRelevant educational background in chemistry, chemical.
  • Over 3 years relevant work experiences in Product Safety, Regulatory Affairs.                                                                                                                         
  • Good communication stills
  • Good English skill on both written and spoken.
  • Organized and a strong attention to details.
