Job Purpose
The PMO&CSO of North Asia is a key coordinator of driving regional KPIs performance, is responsible for procurement reports, including PR/NPR/3PM, Coupa E-tendering process, market analysis, inventory management support and is responsible for total cost efficiency study whenever required.
Key Accountabilities
1. To contribute to the procurement strategy/year plan.
2. Roll out of global procurement KPI of in the region.
3. To develop and standardize/automate various procurement reports in the region.
4. To support global reports consolidation.
5. To be the regional focal point & key user of global procurement processes/systems including BI, RMPI, ANT, Coupa, Rebates/Commissions, Contracting.
6. To support reports analysis (e.g. Business cases, Cost models, Spend walk analysis, Market analysis, RFQ, Catalogue).
7. To support Coupa E-tendering process to Categories and RFI&RFQ report analysis.
8. To be responsible for E-Tendering training internally and externally in a timely manner.
9. To support inventory management( Consignment/MOQ/RM SLOB/LT)
10. To be responsible for cost efficiency study when required.
11. To support regional sourcing team for category/sub-category strategy.
12. To advise regional/functional management with profound analytics.
13. To support and analyze supplier relationships and collaboration.
14. To propose new/improved tools and ways of using existing Information management.
15. Ad Hoc tasks requested by Regional Procurement Director.
Experience
Professional
- BA required (Master preferred)
- Finance degree/Economic degree preferred
- Decent knowledge of regional analyst or global analyst is plus
Technical
- Strong analytical skills with business thinking
- Microsoft office (Excel/Power Point/Word) is mandatory.
- Basic finance and procurement knowledge will be a plus.
- Can work under pressure, careful, diligent, and well – organized.
- Fluent in English
