On-site Support Officer

Job Purpose

1、Delivery all on–site support HR Admin operation to meet the agreed KPI according to the yearly People Services plan

2、Implement People Services, CoE & HRM projects implementation in regional hub/site(s) (Employee>1000+)

3、Lead or coordinate /implement People Services cross-team projects

Key Accountabilities

1、Deliver People Services on-site service to regional hub/site(s) and implement independently with defined HR guidelines, policies and procedures;

2、Supports indicated sites to guarantee high-quality service with defined standard L5 processes and L6 templates, service scope including on-boarding, contract delivery/sign/return, transfer/relocation, termination, retirement, and other employee life cycle management

3、Monthly HR duties related to payroll, including non-recurring data calculation and interface with People Services payroll team, the calculation for leaves, OT or others in separation cases; check payroll data and make sure to meet monthly Payroll KPI.

Experience

• Provide On-site support for multi BUs/Sites (>1000+ employees)
• General HR knowledge and well know local regulation and policy
• Good customer service attitude
• Necessary traveling ratio around 20% each month
