Key Accountabilities

Delivery on-site service to responsible hub/site(s) and implement independently with defined HR guidelines, policies and procedures;

Supports indicated sites to guarantee high-quality service with defined standard L5 processes and L6 templates, service scope including on-boarding, contract delivery/sign/return, transfer/relocation, termination and other employee life cycle management

 Monthly HR duties related to payroll, including non-recurring data calculation and interface with HRSSC payroll team, the calculation for leave, OT or others in separation cases; check payroll data and make related reports and issue paper pay slip to employee    

Monthly prepare & update the movements of social benefit, housing fund and individual income tax, submit social benefit to local government bureau and IIT to tax bureau, Annual physical check notification and reports delivery to employee

Consolidate local operation practice, policy, regulation and special rules, analyse and drive process standardization & operation harmonization

Seek for continuous improvement possibility, quality management and change management to achieve the continuous improvement and service excellence              

Coordinate, lead or implement cross function projects such as further harmonization of C&B related practice, payroll & payment process streamline, IIT declaration optimization etc.

Knowledge management and internal sharing & study, deliver orientation & training to junior/new comer

Experience

  • Administration, management or other related fields Major, with college degree or above;
  • More than 5 years with HR Shared Services experience;
  • Good verbal English and business English writing;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Application, be familiar with HR all information system operation, including payroll system, employees master data system and others;
  • Knowledgeable all working and system processes within the PS services scope;
  • HR generalist know-how with strong process management capability equipped;
  • Good interpersonal skill with high customer-oriented sensitivity; a good team player and well self-disciplined;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill; and high level of ownership is desired;
  • Influential skills to drive results cross-functionally in a matrix organization
