Job Purpose
Is responsible for 3PM sourcing strategies in line with business strategy and manufacturing model, support the deployment of global tools and processes in the region. Is responsible for delivering year on year cost savings. Identify, introduce 3PM vendors, lead 3PM vendor nomination process, manage source to contract, and lead 3PM supplier performance management. Continuously identify opportunities for improving 3PM end to end process and drive executions.
Key Accountabilities
Responsible for 3PM sourcing strategies and deployment in the region.
Proactively propose new savings ideas and total cost reductions with product management, RD&I, manufacturing, and supply chain and relevant functions.
Represents Procurement to coordinate and implement VE/IPM Projects at tollers.
Responsible for 3PM source to contract end to end management.
Lead 3PM supplier performance management.
Key Activities
Professional
BA required (Master preferred)
Min 5 years’ experience in Procurement and Supplier Management.
Supply Chain Management experience would be beneficial.
Decent knowledge of 3PM procurement tools and systems.
Prior working in multinational experience is a plus.
Technical
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills (multiple complex analyses simultaneously)
Good planning/project management skills
Strong negotiating skills
Good English is preferred

Passion for driving total cost advantage.
Comfortable with conflict.
Able to get buy-in and commitment from both internal and external stakeholders.
