Job Purpose
1. Making MTS list with forecasting & historical sales data
2. Monthly, Weekly plan and daily production plan
3. Communicate with production supervisors for working priority
4. Communicate with CS team for negotiation issued orders(delayed caused by over capacity, material shortage, malfunction of facility & etc)
5. Manage Phase in/out list
6. Inventory management,familiar with ABC XYZ report
7. SLOB tracking
8. Re-use plan with SLOB inventory
9. Communication with intercompany sites for delivery and MOQ, even forecasting
10. LOAD analisys with production capacity
11. Review of HAZ or DG product for designated site
12. OTIF report and improvement monthly.
13. Monthly inventory report compared with sales & production amount
Experience
College or university graduated in business related disciplines.
Solid production or material planning experience.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
