Job Purpose

Be responsible for GMV, sell out, sell in performance and profit for all ecommerce platforms incl. Tmall, JD, Douyin, PDD,etc.

Key Accountabilities

1. As online channel operation manager , this role will plan target , lead team and agency to land with operation plan details and review sales results and other relevant KPI & ROI.

2. Yearly & monthly sell through & product assortment planning co-working with EC product team.

3. Planning the performance marketing spend with agency to optimize the ROl in line with the budget.

4. Co-work with marketing team on the planning & execution of platform IP collaboration.

5. Maintain strategic partnership with EC platforms on product innovations & annual business planning.

6. Other tasks assigned by business needs.

7. Support team to fulfil business integration online to offline, including cross channel /functional business partnership development, target setting, based on business model alignment to develop roadmap and land key actions . 

 

Experience

 

  • Bachelor  Degree
  • Tmall / JD / PDD / Douyin hands on experience 5 years +
  • English written level reporting
  • Data driven planning, being able to balance between sales and profit
  • B2C distribution & retail dealer management experience is a must
  • Preferred FMCG background , purpose is to make sure the candidate understands of consumer centric spirit and deliver brand image while remaining operational excellence
  • Self-starter, passionate to job tasks
  • Quick to adapt and eager to learn
  • Logic & analytical mindset
  • Being able to handle conflict or challenge with good internal personal skill
  • Flexible to some level of travel
