Job Purpose

The regional CI leader north asia is a key interface of implementing global tools and processes across businesses & plants in the region; a key driver of supporting regional team in driving savings targets and spend down targets by providing commercial tools; to work as PMO by driving values through standardized approach.

Key Accountabilities

To roll out global procurement tools and processes in the region, such as the Next STEP/Prism.
To provide trainings to regional procurement team about new tools & processes and bring up effectiveness.
To support savings targets and spend down targets by providing commercial tools such as reverse auctions/E-biddings.
To act as PMO for key projects by bringing value through standardized approach.
To advise regional/functional management with profound tools and processes.
Ad Hoc tasks requested by Regional Procurement Director.

Experience

Microsoft office (Excel/Power Point/Word), ERP, SAP is mandatory
Commercial tool such as E-bidding is mandatory, coupa experience is plus
Project implementation experience is mandatory
Process design and improvement experience are mandatory
Consulting skills, ability to influence team or other function leaders
Strong integrity, code of conduct, full compliance
Superior communication; interpersonal skills
Comfortable with conflicts
Able to work in matrix and changing environment
Able to get buy-in and commitment from both internal and external stakeholders

BA required (Master preferred), science/finance/economics degree preferred, chemical industry background is a plus
