Job Purpose

•    Regional responsibility & ownership for the Infra segment to ensure segment target setting & delivery of regional mandate(Volume/Rev/CM)
•    Contributes to the revenue and profitability targets for the segment by using and coordinating all BD/Sales and collaborate with functional mates not limited with China region.
•    Responsible for Infra segment’s all business levers such as strategy, Business Development, Portfolio management, Innovation, Brand management, Product optimization, Communications, etc.
•    Manages all infra segment opportunities and be accountable for infra pipeline, to use CRM to ensure full visibility on infra projects/ opportunities 
•    To Creates and develops sales opportunities through key account management process 
•    Build relationship with owner and DI in infra market, to specify focus products especially Acrylic PFP solutions to related opportunities.

Key Accountabilities

•    Formulates the Regional Segment Business Development Plan in close coordination with the regional marketing manager and BU Sales managers assuring alignment with global segment strategy and marketing plan
•    Provides guidance to the region in the implementation and execution of segment strategy, ensure the translation of segment strategy into operational action planning and monitors implementation of the regional plans and drives course correction where needed
•    Monitors regional revenue and profitability performance for the segment vis a vis agreed mandate, provides pricing input to the pricing excellence contact when needed
•    Gets in depth understanding of segment needs within the region as well as for key customers through market research, including voice of customer discussions and interactions with regional sales team. Collects competitive intelligence, identify and analyze sub segment needs & trends 
•    Identify and prioritize commercial opportunities with regional sales organizations and drive the key accounts’ spec in & new business leads
•    As an owner of the regional segment product portfolio ensures the implementation of the innovation process (NPI) for the segment, monitors and optimizes regional product portfolio in alignment with Global Product Manager (Incl. Product phase in/phase out)
•    Participation in FSG monthly reviewing meeting to update on project progress
•    CRM opportunities management
•    Be familiar with all applicable corporate and site policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct, HSE standards and always in compliance with all applicable regulations

Experience

•    Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MBA preferred
•    At least 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, product management or business development functions
•    Architecture/Chemical background is an advantage
•    Ideally experience in more than one industry/segment
•    Analytical mind with good financial acumen
•    Demonstrates strong performance orientation 
•    Showcase organizational acumen
•    Solid interpersonal and influencing ability
•    Willingness to search for regional and customer insights that can enable formulation of optimal value propositions
•    Good English with Writing/Speaking skills.
