Job Purpose

Official website management for multiple brands including Dulux, Dulux Pro, Levis, Huarun, Huarun Pro, Levis Pro and Sikkens. (20%) • Official WeChat Mini-Program management for multiple brands including Dulux, Dulux Pro and Huarun. (20%) • Lead Tiktok livestreaming project to generate EPS and Art Paint leads to empower offline store. (40%) • Social Media management for multiple brands including Levis, Dulux Pro and Huarun. (20%)

Key Accountabilities

Tiktok Livestreaming Management (Dulux)

➢ Lead Dulux Tiktok livestreaming strategy to acquire leads for offline stores

➢ Build up holistic livestreaming plan on yearly/quarterly/monthly basis and able to

implement on daily operation

➢ In charge of day-to-day operation of livestreaming for Dulux Brand including

livestreaming design, script, live streamer selection and driving traffic to

livestreaming as well as to co-work promotional plans with sales team to maximize

livestreaming delivery in line with KPIs.

➢ Follow up with sales and internal team on leads conversion rate

➢ Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders e.g., Branding, Product, Sales, Dulux

Academy to deliver live-streaming content or activities.

➢ Monitor, analyze and review the effectiveness and success for Dulux official live

streaming performance from business mindset and day-to-day operations and

improve timely.

➢ Work closely with internal team to empower distributors’ social commerce if

needed.

• Official Website Management (Dulux, Dulux Pro, Levis, Huarun, Huarun Pro,

Levis Pro and Sikkens)

➢ Work with Global team, IT, local agency to manage official websites for multiple

brands

➢ Update website content with latest brand, product, retail store information.

➢ Work together with internal team and agency on mini-site establishment to promote

hero product or brand campaign

➢ Work with Global team, local IT and legal team on cookie policy, privacy setting and

data protection topic.

• Official WeChat Mini-Program Management (Dulux, Dulux Pro and Huarun)

➢ Accountable for the development plan for Dulux, Dulux Pro and Huarun WeChat

mini-program to ensure both content and functions of applications are user-friendly

and in line with brand guideline.

➢ Work with Global team, IT, local agency to manage official websites for multiple

brands

➢ Update content with latest brand, product, retail store information.

➢ Work together with internal team and agency on mini-site establishment to promote

hero product or brand campaign

➢ Work with Global team, local IT and legal team on cookie policy, privacy setting and

data protection topic.

• Social Media Management (Levis)

➢ Develop and implement social media communication strategy for Levis WeChat

and WeChat channel account.

➢ Work together with social agency to deliver social content based on monthly

calendar.

➢ Monitor user comments and distribute users’ comments to related team if needed.

➢ Monitor competitors’ social media accounts’ performance and get insights from

competitors and take actions accordingly.

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree and above

• 8+ years e-Commerce experience is required.

• Proven working experience in Social Commerce area and has comprehensive

knowledge of livestreaming

• Strong commercial understanding and sensitive for the markets.

• B2B2C Marketing and Deco related working experience is a plus

• Solid team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with

internal and external team

• Good analytical skills

• Be self-motivated and willing to learn.

• Fluent in oral and written English, and skillful in MS office.
