Key Activities

Investigate the applications of powder coatings over these substrates/objects used in EV markets, understand the exact application problems/risk and possible solution.
Root cause analysis use existing methodologies and tools.
Study the impacts of chemical & physical properties of powder coatings for application and let them better fit the application, especially these used for EV markets
Develop/introduce new methodologies, including devices of testing the powder coating physical properties 
Self-experiment design ,carry out and reports according the project scheduled. 
Predevelopment powder coating application solutions for EV markets together with the product development team by investigation existing technology and new technology.
New methodologies landing and training to related team/ person.
Project management including timeline control, regular review, documents reports, project meeting minutes etc. and communicate with manager, local and global team. 
To prepare, execute and analyze output of practical experiments, in line with the department, RD&I project and functional standards. As part of a project team contribute to the realization of objectives of innovative or developmental projects.
Maintains and promotes a safe work environment, complies with safety policies and procedures. Follows safe work practices for personal and equipment safety, in both laboratory and in the field. End results are zero or minimum safety incidents and a clean, orderly working environment
Undertake additional activities as required, within the scope of the role

Experience

University graduate, Master degree or above. Subject can be chemistry, physics or the related ones. Powder Materials Science and Engineering is preferred
Powder/particle related industry or institute technical background 3~ 5 years, solid physics knowledge is preferred
Experienced in instrument analysis, characterization of materials/particles
Excellent capability of problem solving 
Deep insight for particles/ materials properties 
Good communication in English
