Job Responsibilities

1、负责责任区域零售零售渠道的Sell-in目标达成。
2、根据渠道和产品策略,开发和服务经销商网络,做好区域覆盖
3、按计划拜访责任区域的重点门店,达成铺货陈列任务,挖掘项目商机信息,并跟进成交;
4、协助重点客户跟进重点项目招投标和签约;
5、协助区域经理做好区域销售管理工作,包括产品体系、项目流程、服务响应、培训指导等;
6、执行零售产品促销活动和价格管控,确保零售渠道产品协同发展,推动Sell out/Through;
7、完成上级安排的其他事项,做好各部门沟通和支持工作

Experience

1、大学专科以上学历,3年以上建材行业工作经验
2、有外资或大型国内建材品牌的工作经验,有经销商/分销商管理经验优先;
3、市场开发和客户管理经验,业务规划、项目管理和数据分析能力,有成功业绩优先;
4、工作积极主动,具有较强的团队合作精神、较好的沟通能力和抗压能力;
5、学习能力强,性格开朗积极、灵活变通,能够处理复杂关系。
