What You’ll Do:
As a Scheduler, you will transform production plans into smart, realistic schedules that maximize output and minimize downtime. You’ll be the vital link between Planning and Manufacturing—ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Translate the production plan into executable schedules
- Optimize order sequencing while minimizing change-over times
- Monitor and adapt schedules to meet changing demands
- Ensure all production prep is completed (labels, lists, system updates)
- Maintain system accuracy, inventory corrections, and master data
- Collaborate closely with Planning and Manufacturing to align priorities
- Participate in MDI meetings and drive improvements
- Support cycle counts and stock taking
- Provide insights and analyses as needed
What You Bring:

- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships across teams
- A can-do attitude and a focus on possibilities rather than limitations
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on data
- A continuous improvement mindset and strong process focus
- A collaborative and flexible approach to problem-solving
