Key Accountabilities

Performs queries with raw material/recipes data using various tools to extract information from the different databases;

Maintains and introduces the data of raw materials and substances (physical and regulatory data) in the dedicated ERP System;

Uses MSDS (Materials Safety Data Sheet), TDS (Technical Data Sheet) TRAQ (Toxicological Regulatory assessment Questionnaire) and other legal documents to update data of raw materials and substances;

Calculates the composition of the raw materials with physical data (e.g., density, boiling point);

Contacts Suppliers for updated regulatory documents;

Creates appropriate manuals to ensure standardized procedures;

Maintains working knowledge of European hazard classification and labeling regulation;

Explains the raw material compliance process to other functions;

Implements standard operating procedures in daily work;
Job Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, material science, physics or related technical field.

Knowledge of the systematics of the classification of the raw materials;
-
Experience in database management and maintenance;

Task and result orientation;
-
Ability to work effectively across the business functions;

Good analytical skills;
-
Fluent in English;
-
Advanced level of computer literacy (specifically Excel, SAP);
