The Global Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) department in Sassenheim, the Netherlands, is looking for a Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) Specialist.
Job Purpose
- Contributes to team deliverables by ensuring regulatory compliance of full raw material portfolio by (80%):
- Evaluating and validating raw material information communicated via Supplier’s Safety Datasheets
- Ensuring latest raw material updates in all appropriate regulatory systems Provides Business support by (20%):
- Supporting introduction of new raw materials into the required systems and extensions to manufacturing sites
- Responding to raw material inquiries from internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Contributes to teamwork and department deliverables.
- Understands interdepencies of regulatory systems framework.
- Maintains working knowledge of European hazard classification and labeling regulation and ensures retentions of knowledge.
- Delivers accurate output.
- Implements standard operating procedures in daily work.
- Creates appropriate manuals to ensure standardized procedures.
- Communicates effectively with other PSRA teams.
- Contacts Suppliers for updated regulatory documents.
What do you bring?
- (Technical) Bachelor or equivalent.
- Teamwork is essential.
- Common sense and accuracy is crucial.
- Raw material knowledge is a plus.
- Basic understanding of MS Office especially Excel.
- Basic understanding of the information processes that support the business.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
