Let’s paint the picture of the role:
Ben jij technisch aangelegd en werk je graag in een dynamische productieomgeving waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en teamwork voorop staan? Dan is dit jouw kans! Als Operator Productie bij AkzoNobel in Sassenheim draag jij dagelijks bij aan de productie van hoogwaardige verfproducten. Of je nu start als operator of doorgroeit naar een senior rol, jij bent essentieel in het soepel laten verlopen van het productieproces. In deze zelfstandige rol werk je volgens duidelijke richtlijnen, met moderne machines en in een collegiaal team.

Responsibilities:

• Werken volgens HSE- en ergonomierichtlijnen om veiligheid te waarborgen.
• Controleren van grondstoffen, emballage en machines vóór aanvang van het productieproces.
• Zelfstandig bedienen van (minimaal één of meerdere) werkplekken binnen de productie.
• Uitvoeren van 5S om een veilige, georganiseerde werkplek te behouden.
• Bedienen van productieprocessen aan de hand van productieorders en SOP’s.
• Zorgen voor de geplande output en ingrijpen bij afwijkingen.
• Uitvoeren van eerstelijnsonderhoud en in-/omstellen van machines voor optimale prestaties.

• Collegiale houding en respectvolle omgangsvormen.
• Het werken in een twee ploegendienst (6:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00) is voor jou geen probleem.
