This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who combines creativity with a data-driven mindset and a passion for digital innovation, AI and modern marketing. You will work closely with local and regional teams to deliver engaging customer experiences and help shape the future of marketing within our Decorative Paints business.

What you'll do

As Marcom & Activation Expert, you will be responsible for executing integrated marketing campaigns and driving activation across both consumer and professional segments.

  • Lead media planning and campaign deployment to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
  • Adapt regional campaign assets to ensure local relevance and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams, agencies and external partners, while managing KPIs and budgets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize results using data-driven insights.
  • Support AI-powered content creation, automation and precision marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent asset deployment across local, regional and central teams.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience in marketing, brand communications, activation or digital marketing.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative mindset combined with a data-driven approach.
  • Passion for digital innovation and emerging technologies.
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.
