The internship

For the Color Development team within Vehicle Refinishes, we are looking for a Bachelor student who is eager to gain hands on experience in a high tech R&D environment. During this internship, you will be fully integrated into the team and contribute to ongoing development activities.

Purpose of the internship

The purpose of this internship is to provide practical training within ASC ColorFD. You will support process improvements and actively contribute to projects, gaining valuable experience in both technical and collaborative aspects of R&D.

Your responsibilities

Depending on team priorities and workload, your tasks may include

  • Optimizing processes related to High Throughput Experimentation
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and taking ownership of side projects
  • Participating in running R&D projects by performing, analyzing and reporting on specific tasks
  • Collaborating closely with experienced specialists within Color Development

Your profile

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor programme in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or a related field
  • You have an analytical mindset and work in a structured way
  • You are curious, proactive and motivated to learn
  • You are able to work independently and enjoy working in a team environment
  • You have a good command of the English language
